Volunteer Connection
Faith in Action, one of TRPIL’s services, needs caring volunteers to assist senior citizens or individuals with disabilities to remain independent.
Some needs are:
- A senior Washington woman needs someone to do her grocery shopping. She is on the third floor of an apartment building.
- A Canonsburg senior woman needs friendly visits and help with shopping.
- A Houston-area senior woman needs someone to assist with laundry.
- A Monongahela senior woman needs someone to assist with dusting and cleaning.
- A Washington woman with no car and limited lifting ability needs grocery shopping assistance and rides to the store.

All volunteers are trained and screened.
