Emergency management receives donation

Rover Pipeline presented a $10,000 check to Washington County Emergency Management Department recently as part of its overall commitment to donate $270,000 across 27 counties in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The check presentation was held on Dec. 12 at the Public Safety headquarters in Washington.
