A fundraiser will be held for Trinity student Malea Baxter from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at American Legion Post 175, 168 Park Ave., Washington.

Malea was born with a bilateral cleft and no palate. She is 17 and has undergone 13 surgeries. The spaghetti dinner fundraiser will help fund her next surgery, which is estimated to cost $20,000 and won’t be covered by insurance.

The cost is $10 for adults, $6 for children ages 5-10 and free for children 4 and under.
