If you can give an hour or two a week or a month, you can make an impact. Faith in Action, one of TRPIL’s services, needs caring volunteers to assist senior citizens or individuals with disabilities to remain independent. Some needs are:

• A Washington woman with disabilities needs help with grocery shopping. She is unable to lift more than 10 pounds.

• laysville couple needs transportation for grocery shopping, appointments and occasional rides to Houston/Canonsburg area.
• A Ca
• nonsburg senior woman needs someone to take her clothes to the laundromat once a month. She has no washer/dryer at her home.
• A Monongahela senior woman who uses a walker needs rides to various appointments in the Mon Valley on as-needed basis.
• A Washington senior woman needs rides to church and assistance with shopping.
