Tech training available for seniors
The Chartiers-Houston Community Library, along with students and faculty from Western Area Career & Technology Center, will offer a “Learn Your Device” hands-on tech training session for seniors. Training will be held at noon on Thursday in the Chartiers Township Community Center’s first Lunch n’ Learn session. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask faculty and students questions about how to use or better utilize various smartphones, tablets and apps on these devices.
The Chartiers Township Community Center offers Lunch n’ Learn sessions throughout the year to help community members better understand a wide variety of topics and enjoy a reasonably priced lunch with fellow seniors.
