Country music with Bob Podish and Pat Henderson will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the New Freeport fire hall. Cost is $5.
Waynesburg University will host its first “Not So Typical Easter Egg Hunt” from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday. The free event will take place on the new Waynesburg Unity Trail and will feature a shift from the traditional egg hunt. The eggs used will look like real bird eggs from the native birds in the area, and children will learn about the concept of biodiversity. For information, call Janet Paladino at 724-852-3281.
