Kevin W. Clements graduated from the Navy Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill., as an aviation boatswain mate. He will further his Navy education in Pensacola, Fla., before leaving for his service on an aircraft carrier. Kevin is the son of Ronald and Jeanann Clements of Claysville, and a 2016 graduate of McGuffey High School.
