CSC Insurance Options, in conjunction with the Belle Vernon Area Charitable Fund, will hold a Kentucky Derby-themed fundraiser Saturday to benefit local schools. The 21-and-over event (ID required) will take place at Amulet Farms, 550 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon, and include a live harness race with local celebrities, airing of the 144th Kentucky Derby, 50/50 raffle, derby hat fashion contest with a $250 Nemacolin gift card as grand prize, food, beer and wine, live music by the Rustic River band and more. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at CSC Insurance Options office at 4552 State Route 51, Belle Vernon, or at the gate. The rain date is May 19 for the Preakness.
