Faith in Action, one of TRPIL’s services, needs caring volunteers to assist senior citizens or individuals with disabilities to remain independent. Some recent requests are:

• A Washington senior needs rides and escort assistance to his appointments. He uses a walker and needs help getting in and out of cars.
• A Claysville/West Alexander couple needs help with caregiver relief on an occasional basis.
• A Prosperity man needs rides and assistance getting into an office in McMurray to receive radiation treatment. Rides are needed for three weeks, five days per week. If you can help, please call right away.
• A Burgettstown senior couple needs help with getting meals from the senior center in Burgettstown weekly.
• A C
• okeburg senior woman who uses a walker would like someone to take her shopping.
• A Monongahela senior woman who loves animals would like a friendly visitor once a week to talk.
