Mental Health Association hosts annual dinner
Mental Health Association of Washington County will hold the 53rd Annual Mental Health Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Lone Pine Country Club.
This year’s theme is “MHA, The Experience,” which will highlight staff and the multiple roles they play in providing quality mental health services.
The guest speaker for the evening will be Judy Corcoran, founder of “Listen, Lucy” at www.listenlucy.org.
The winner of this year’s Robert A. Harms Professional of the Year is Diana McKinney, executive director of AMI Inc., an agency that provides a variety of peer and psychiatric rehabilitation services in Washington County.
The winner of the Clara L. Deems Neighbor of the Year Award is Jeanne Alexander, founder and director of Washington Christian Outreach. The Corporate Citizen of the Year Award is being presented to Washington Financial Bank. Accepting the award will be Jamie Cecchine and Jamie Falvo.
