Gluten-free food drive to benefit local pantry
A food drive is being held through May 30 to benefit Canonsburg/Houston Food Pantry and The Rachel Way Gluten Free, Dairy Free Food Pantry.
Items can be dropped off at Sherwood Valley Pools, 1935 Route 980, Canonsburg. Suggested items include toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, ibuprofen, sunscreen, aloe, lotion, detergent, sponges, foil, baggies, dish soap, bandages, canned goods, pasta/sauce, granola bars, peanut butter/jelly, mac and cheese.
May is CELIAC Awareness Month – gluten-free foods are preferred.
