The 2018 Pittsburgh Winter Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show returns to Pittsburgh Saturday. Located at Teamsters Local Union 249 Banquet Hall, the show will include exclusive, handmade pieces by local artisans and crafters available for purchase.

The event will feature pieces ranging from rare creative home and holiday decor pieces, on-trend jewelry, woodworkings, apparel and more.

As part of its mission, the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show line donates a portion of all its proceeds to local charities. To-date, the show line has raised more than $37,000 for local nonprofits. This year’s Pittsburgh event will benefit Girls on the Run, as their mission is dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

“It is a perfect time to be back in the Burgh this winter, right before the holidays begin. We are expecting another great show here this year, and look forward to celebrating local talent and giving back to Girls on the Run”, said Amanda Look, the show’s event coordinator. “It’s always an exciting event in Pittsburgh, and something that we love bringing to the community.”

The show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Teamsters Local Union, 249 Banquet Hall, 4701 Butler St., Pittsburgh. Admission is $3, children under 12 are free. More information can also be found at www.avantgardeshows.com/.
