The Stealth Building in Southpointe has new owners.

Burns Scalo Real Estate announced in a news release recently that an ownership group has taken over the distinctive building at 333 Technology Drive. It is so named because it is shaped like a Stealth Bomber.

Kelley Hoover Heckathorne, the company’s director of brokerage services, declined to identify the new owners. She said in an email: “There are several new partners and they prefer to remain anonymous.”

Burns Scalo said the new owners work with suburban office buildings in the U.S., focusing largely on the East Coast and Midwest. Group members, collectively, own more than 6 million square feet of space. Among their development projects: MetLife Stadium, home of the NFL’s New York Giants and New York Jets, and Canary Wharf in London.

A number of renovations are planned at the Stealth Building, according to real estate firm. They include landscaping; new exterior and interior branding; a new roof and lobby; and overhaul of restrooms. A collaborative tenant lounge will be added, featuring games and vending machines.
