Tourism group seeking female voice for ad campaign
If you are a girl, age 8 to 11, and you live in Washington County, your star could be on the rise.
The Washington County Tourism Promotion Agency will have open auditions to select a young “voice” for its 2019 advertising campaign. Auditions will be held at Southpointe Golf Club from 5 to 7 p.m. March 15 and 8 to 10 a.m. March 16.
The first 50 who qualify will be scheduled for an audition. A parent or guardian must accompany a candidate during the audition, a voiceover recording session and filming sessions. The winner will be the focus of the Visit Washington County, PA, campaign and appear on its TV commercial. She also will receive a $500 Tanger Outlets gift card.
