Valentine’s Day raffle

West Newton Library is holding a Valentine’s Day raffle. Stop in the library located at 124 N. Water Street and purchase three tickets for $1, for a chance to win a teddy bear and box of chocolates. The winner will be pulled on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14. Library hours are noon to 5 p.m. Monday and Thursday, noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
