Savannah Elizabeth Vankirk, daughter of Randy and Julie Vankirk of Amity, has graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She is a 2017 graduate of Trinity High School and is working at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital while pursuing a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh.
Breann King, daughter of Jeffrey (J.D.) and Lori King of Meadow Lands, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Lake Erie College. The 2018 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School is majoring in pre-veterinary/biology. Her grandparents are Frank and Darla Hess of Washington, and the late Richard and Ruby King.
Mason Levers graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington & Jefferson College, where he was a member and past president of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. He is a 2015 graduate of Trinity High School. He will continue his education by attending the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University to pursue his master of business administration. He is the son of Mark and Cara Levers of Washington.
Madison Janovich of Claysville, daughter of Mike and Jennifer Janovich, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Kent State University, where she is majoring in nursing. Her grandparents are Elinor Ellis Newman of Washington and Bob and Lois Janovich of Claysville. Madison is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta honor society and Students for Professional Nursing. The McGuffey High School graduate earned a 4.0 grade-point average for the second consecutive semester, placing her on the President’s List. She spent the month of June studying abroad at the Kent State University Florence Health Institute in Florence, Italy.
