Hewitt Cemetery, Rices Landing, announces spring cleanup. Beginning March 29, all Christmas and winter decorations will start to be removed. Those wishing to keep any decorations must have them removed by this date.

Dance classes will be offered from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, March 5 and 19, at the Chartiers Township Community Center. Learn dances like the Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, the Wobble, Booty Call and more. Cost is $10 per class. Washington Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Room 104, Courthouse Square. Carl Pascarella will present the program “Macro and Nature Photography.” Prints are requested for the April library display window.

Through its Pastoral Care Department, the AHN Canonsburg Hospital will offer a bereavement support group from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, March 6-April 10, with a group dinner following at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17. Open to anyone in the community who is grieving a recent loss, meetings will be held in the McNary Conference Center at the hospital. Reservations for the dinner are requested by April 15. A Uniform, Shoe & Accessory Sale will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Guesman Room at Washington Health System-Greene. Payment by cash, check, most credit cards and payroll deduction for employees of WHSG will be accepted.
