Now in its 23rd year, the Wheeling Celtic Celebration, which features a variety of live music, dancers, vendors and traditional cuisine of Celtic nations such as Scotland, Ireland and Wales, drew hundreds of people throughout the day Saturday in Wheeling, W.Va. Ryan Marcoline and Alex Marcoline, both of South Strabane Township, and their grandmother, Kathy Whalen of Wheeling, enjoyed the festivities.
