VFW Post 764 Auxiliary in McMurray made more than 400 brownies, which were packaged and delivered to the veterans waiting in Hero’s Hall at the VA Hospital in Oakland. Thirty care packets were then delivered to Fischer House for family members of veterans who are in the VA Hospital. The final stop was at Ronald McDonald House, where the ladies dropped off 125 pounds of pop tabs. Last year, Ronald McDonald House made more than $8,000 on pop tabs that the organization collects.
