Walt Beatty, president of Taylorstown American Legion Riders Post 907, presented a check for $1,150 to Dr. Sally Mounts, chief development officer of Washington City Mission, for the Crabtree-Kovacicek Patriot House. The Ladies Auxiliary from Post 907 also gave a donation along with Willie and Fern McCartney, who gave cash.
