Bradford House opens for season

The Bradford House Museum will open for the 2019 season on Wednesday, April 3. The museum will welcome drop-in visitors from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, through Nov. 30. Other days/times may be scheduled by appointment.

The Bradford House is located at 175 S. Main Street in Washington, and offers free parking for guests behind the museum. The museum offers a gift shop, 18th century stone house, herb and flower garden, and log cabin kitchen.

New events this year include two Whiskey Rebellion bus tours (May 19 and Sept. 15), a High Styles on the Frontier tour focusing on the museum’s antique furniture collection on April 13, and Hands-History Day Camp for children Aug. 5-9.
