A memorial scholarship fund has been set up at First Federal Savings and Loan in the name of Waynesburg native Brian Knapp, who died April 14, 2019, as a result of injuries sustained in an ATV accident in Florida.

The fund will be used to provide a scholarship to a student at Jones High School in Orlando, Fla., where Knapp, a graduate of Waynesburg Central High School, worked as an economics teacher and wrestling and football coach.

Donations may be sent to First Federal Savings and Loan, 25 E. High St., Waynesburg, PA, 15370. Checks should be made payable to the “Brian Knapp Memorial Fund.”
