Family, friends and community members recently held an Aug. 30 parade for Houston resident Sadie Stockdale’s fourth birthday. Sixty-three vehicles, including fire trucks from three departments, state, local and city of Pittsburgh police, tow trucks and Red and Blue Knights motorcycle clubs all gathered to shout, honk and wave at this excited toddler.
