Broccoli Casserole

1 package of frozen chopped broccoli

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small onion, diced

1/4 cup water

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

4 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese

1 cup minute rice

Buttered bread crumbs or toasted bread pieces

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Do not drain, and add to a large bowl with the soup, onion and water.  Mix in the cheese and rice. Pour all ingredients into a greased casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs or toasted bread pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
