“Noah’s Ark” is the theme for vacation bible school at Faith Presbyterian Church, 900 E. Beau St., Washington. All children are invited to attend the VBS held this July 26, Aug. 2 and Aug. 9, culminating with a spaghetti dinner for all ages that evening. For more information, call 724-225-2110.

Mon Valley Paws will sponsor a ping pong ball drop on July 29 celebrating the 125th anniversary of Monessen. The event will be held on the tennis courts at the Monessen City Park.
