New fall menu debuting at Jacksons
With the arrival of crisp fall mornings and all things pumpkin come local restaurants’ new autumn menus. The newly renovated Jacksons Restaurant + Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn, Southpointe has added a hearty veal chop Milanese to its lineup. The 14-ounce veal chop is hand-cut in house, pounded thin and then breaded in panko bread crumbs. Executive chef Scott Croyle then tops it with Fontinella cheese, asparagus and portobello mushrooms. Make a reservation to try it on Sept. 10, as that’s when it debuts on the menu. But don’t wait too long to try it – it will only be available for three months!
