Earlier this month, folks began flocking to Canonsburg Lake to do more than fish or kayak – that’s because Mad Mex Lakeside opened Aug. 10. The big Burrito Restaurant Group hot spot not only features “funky fresh Cal-Mex,” but an impressive menu of tequila and craft beers as well. And, of course, their margaritas are a must. Frozen or on the rocks, lime, mango or black cherry – among other flavors – Mad Mex doesn’t mess around. Guests can enjoy their food and drink inside the building that used to house On Deck Bar and Grill, or they can head outside to the large deck with awesome lake views.
