Investigation into Brownsville man’s death continues

Fayette County District Attorney Michael Aubele said “multiple leads” are being pursued after a Brownsville man was found dead in his car from a gunshot wound Saturday morning.

As of Monday afternoon there were no suspects and no arrests had been made in the death of Anthony Dicenzo, 83. According to state police, Dicenzo was found in his vehicle along Riffle Hollow Road near State Route 166 in German Township at about 10:36 a.m.

Aubele confirmed the case is being investigated as a homicide.

According to police, Dicenzo had left his home about 5 p.m. Friday and did not return. He was reported missing at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
