Harassment: State police charged Brittanie McMillan, 26, and Shaun McNabb, 32, both of Bobtown, with harassment following a physical confrontation shortly after midnight Wednesday.

Drug possesssion: State police arrested Randy Lee Halfill, 52, of Connellsville, for possession of marijuana and driving under the influence following a traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 4 on Route 88, just north of Mapletown Crossroads. Police said Halfill was stopped for a motor carrier inspection while he was traveling north on Route 88. Police discovered Halfill was smoking marijuana while operating his commercial vehicle. Charges are pending lab results.

Woman shoved: Timothy Scott Oswald Jr. of Mather was cited for harassment after he allegedly shoved Miranda Beth Jackson, also of Mather, during an incident Dec. 10 at 509 5th St., Mather.

Retail theft: Michael A. Deyarmine, 20, of Waynesburg, and a 16-year-old male juvenile were cited after they allegedly stole several bottles of soda from the Sunoco Service Station on Greene Street at 1:40 p.m. Friday, Waynesburg police said. Police said the two were viewed on a surveillance camera concealing the soda in their clothing. Police shortly afterward apprehended the two walking on Morgan Street about a block from the store.
