Theft reported: Phyllis Evanoka of 325 Winters Circle, Canonsburg, reported to borough police her credit card was stolen from her purse Monday afternoon while she was at the Frank Sarris Public Library in Canonsburg. She told police the card was used later that day at a pet store in McMurray. Police said surveillance footage from the library will be reviewed.

Fugitive caught: Sean Lamar Dungee, 36, of 466 Third St., Donora, has been arrested in a 2011 burglary case in Carroll Township and on accusations he possessed a stolen handgun in Donora during a traffic stop the same year. Township police charged him with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and trespassing for allegedly breaking into an abandoned house at 136 Donora Road to steal scrap metal between 2 and 3 p.m. June 2, 2011, court records show. Donora police charged him with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and a firearms violation over accusations he had a 44.-caliber handgun stolen from Douglas Black during traffic stop about 6:30 p.m. Nov. 8, 2011, in the 400 block of Second St., court records indicate. He was apprehended Thursday and placed in the Washington County jail on a bench warrant. District Judge Mark Wilson set Dungee’s bond at $150,000 during the arraignment Friday.

Burglary report: Shari Maimone told state police jewelry and loose change were stolen in a break-in at her residence at 936 Daniels Run Road between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Drug arrest: Andrew Minnis, 18, who is homeless, is charged by township police with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse him of having stamp bags containing heroin residue when they were called about 10:44 p.m. Thursday to investigate a threat at 59 Kopper Kettle Road, the affidavit indicates. Minnis is in the Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Criminal mischief charges: Kenneth Lee Hanning, 36, of 20 Ankrim Road, Washington, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Robert Redlinger for criminal mischief after he allegedly broke the windshield of a woman’s van during an incident Oct. 14 at 180 Jollick Manor in Washington, court records show. The victim told police Hanning had been calling her outside to fight when he damaged her vehicle. Hanning was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 20 before Redlinger.

Drug charges: Brandon Lavarr Raineri, 33, of 317 Spruce St., Canonsburg, was arraigned Friday before District Judge Robert Redlinger for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to deliver after he allegedly sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant Aug. 10, 2011, in East Washington, court records show. Raineri was jailed on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 20 before Redlinger.

Drug charges: A Washington man accused of selling cocaine to a confidential informant five times over a two-year span was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Robert Redlinger. Romone Jimar Barnes, 26, of 900 Chartiers St., Washington, is charged with 10 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and five counts of possession of a controlled substance, court records show. State police said Barnes sold cocaine to a confidential informant during five drug deals at several locations in Washington between October 2010 and January 2012. Barnes was released on $100,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. Dec. 20 before Redlinger.
