Man killed by train near Fredericktown identified

WAYNESBURG – A man who died after being struck by a Norfolk Southern train early Sunday near Fredericktown was identified Monday by Greene County Coroner Gregory Rohanna as Jason Wayne Schiller, 40, of Millsboro.
Schiller was taken about 5:30 a.m. to Southwest Regional Medical Center, where Rohanna pronounced him dead.
“At this point in time, we do not expect foul play,” Rohanna said.
An autopsy determined Schiller died of trauma to the head and chest. Rohanna said he is waiting to receive a toxicology report.
