McDonald bar charged for gambling

Hart’s Restaurant and Lounge, 112 Third St., McDonald, has been charged with a gambling violation by the state’s Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.

The LCB’s district office in Pittsburgh said the charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who could impose a monetary penalty between $50 to $1,000 or a license suspension or revocation. The incident allegedly occurred Sept. 27.
