MT. PLEASANT Man cited: Vaughn Dubielak, 38, of Westland, has been cited by state police for harassment and public drunkenness over accusations he struck James Antosh, 32, also of Westland, several times about 8:20 p.m. Saturday at 300 Hornhead Road, police said.

NORTH BETHLEHEM Break-in report: Hand and power tools were stolen Thursday or Friday from a container owned by Nello Construction of Canonsburg while it was stored at the construction site of new state police offices on Route 519. A lock was cut in order to open the tool container, state police said.

UNION Prescription probe: State police said they are investigating a person for receiving medications on eight occasions between April 3 and June 20 using fake prescriptions at Giant Eagle on Route 88.
