cumberland Traffic offenses: Brandy Strahan, 33, of Nemacolin was charged with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, driving on a suspended license, driving without proper registration and failure to submit an address change after a traffic stop June 10.

Littering: Teddy Bryant, 21, of Carmichaels was cited for littering after officers observed him throw a bottle to the ground June 11.

Accident: Lawrence Preston, 21, of Brownsville was cited with careless driving and driving in the wrong lane following an accident reported on state Route 88 June 11.

Stolen property: Melanie Fowler, 24, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious person at Sheetz June 13.

Resisting arrest: Christopher Allen, 34, of Sycamore was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law, public drunkenness, and criminal trespass after officers were dispatched to a residence for a reported violation of a protection-from-abuse order June 14.

Drug violation: Billy Shepherd, 24, of Nemacolin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and retail theft after officers were dispatched to Sheetz for a reported theft June 15.
