Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:Michael A. Huff, 25, of 69141 Vineyard Road, St. Clairsville, Ohio; retail theft; charged Aug. 1 at Gabriel Brothers in South Strabane Township; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 18 months with the first 3 months of intensive supervision.Kenneth Johnson, 39, of 1235 W. North Ave., Pittsburgh; first driving-under-the-influence offense; charged Dec. 31 following a traffic stop on Southpointe Boulevard in Cecil, refusal of blood-alcohol content testing; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.Charles W. Linton, 54, of 195 Vance Station Road, Washington; first DUI offense; charged June 2 following a traffic stop on Route 18 in Canton Township with a .010 percent BAC; sentence – 2 days to 6 months in jail, $500 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.Appearing before Judge Janet Moschetta Bell were:Thomas G. Vos, 32, of 187 Juniper Drive, Coraopolis; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 10 on Center Avenue in McDonald; sentence – 12 months of probation.Michael Mitchell, 59, of 2820 Wilson St., Washington; first DUI offense, reckless endangerment; charged Jan. 9 following a traffic stop on Weavertown Road in North Strabane Township with a 0.19 percent BAC; sentence – 3 to 18 months in jail, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.James Budney, 41, last known address 1439 Hacker St., Newell W.Va.; criminal trespass; charged Feb. 4, 2008 at 12 Struck Drive, Burgettstown; sentence – 2 years of probation.Appearing before President Judge Debbie O’Dell Seneca was:Ralph W. Anthony, no age listed, of 46 Elm St., Monongahela; possession with intent to deliver Roxicodine; charged Sept. 29, 2011, for selling four pills to an undercover police officer at Foodland in Monongahela; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail.
