Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first-time offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to expunge their records.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Catrina D. Heckathone, 35, of 300 Franklin Terrace, Washington, was admitted for 18 months and ordered to attend anger management classes for recklessly endangerment, criminal trespass and terroristic threats. Heckathone was charged for threatening two former co-workers at the Lone Pine Country Club in South Franklin Township Aug. 8, when she returned to retrieve personal belongings after her employment was terminated.
Robert L. Youngblood Jr., 28, of 1404 Knox Ave., Monessen, was admitted for 12 months and ordered to attend anger management classes for resisting arrest and harassment. Youngblood was charged after struggling with an officer and trying to flee from police Aug. 26 when questioned about a fight reported at the Sheetz gas station on East Main Street in Monongahela.
Evan G. Richardson, 19, of 1227 Berryman Ave., Bethel Park, was admitted for 12 months and ordered to complete 200 hours of community service for arson, recklessly endangerment and flight to avoid apprehension. Richardson was charged for causing a vehicle fire July 13 at the Courtney Hill slate dumps in Union Township
Appearing before President Judge Debbie O’Dell Seneca were:
Michelle R. Clark, 25, of 1246 N. Main St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service for theft. Clark was charged for stealing items from vehicles in the parking lot of the Northgate Apartments in South Strabane Township on May 9.
Sharon R. Hall, 39, of 1121 Reservoir Ave., Monessen, was admitted for 23 months and ordered to pay $2,293 in restitution for welfare fraud. Hall was charged for falling to report wages to the public assistance office between July 1, 2011, and Jan. 31, 2012.
Brandon J. Bowman, 19, of 435 Moon Road, Washington, was admitted for 6 months for flight to void apprehension and loitering and prowling. Bowman was charged after running from police when questioned about reports of suspicious activity in parking lot of the Northgate Apartments in South Strabane Township on July 13.
Appearing before Judge Janet Moschetta Bell were:
Monica T. Spencer, 51, of 611 Marple Ave., Canonsburg, was admitted for 12 months and ordered to pay $60 restitution for receiving stolen property. Spencer was charged for withdrawing $60 from a bank account belonging to a Houston woman May 18 without her permission.
Tracey E. Stone, 40, of 1239 Cheshire Drive, Elizabeth, was admitted for 6 months for disorderly conduct. Stone was charged after becoming disruptive May 24 at the public assistance office on East Sixth Street in Donora.
Jason C. Mathias, 31, of 104 Lark Lane, Dunbar, was admitted for 6 months for unsworn falsification to authorities. Mathias was charged for providing a false information on paperwork while attempting to purchase a handgun March 30, 2011, at Ace Sporting Goods, 462 Washington Road, South Strabane Township.
Chester E. Kuczykowski, 30, of 2313 Sandy Plains Road, Clarksville, was admitted for 12 months for providing false identification to law enforcement. Kuczykowski was charged for falsely identifying himself to police who were conducting interviews May 16 in the 100 block of Crawford Road in Fredericktown regarding an unrelated incident.
Brandy Jo Ellerman, 40, of 529 Lone Pine Road, Washington, was admitted for 6 months for hindering apprehension. Ellerman was charged for lying to police about the whereabouts of a suspect while officers were attempting to serve a bench warrant June 7 at a residence in the 400 block of West Maiden Street in Washington.
Clifton W. Goins, 19, of 521 Meadowlake Court, Washington, was admitted for 12 months and received a 60-day driver’s license suspension for driving under the influence. Goins was charged after police smelled marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop March 16 on Johnson Road in Chartiers Township.
Wendy G. Biagini, 47, of 418 Jackson St., Monongahela, was admitted for 12 months and received a 60-day driver’s license suspension for DUI. Her BAC was 0.178 percent. Biagini was charged following a traffic stop Nov. 21, 2011, near East Main and Poplar streets in Monongahela.
Christopher M. Wilson, 19, of 1005 Spring St., McDonald, was admitted for 12 months and received a 90-day driver’s license suspension for DUI. His BAC was 0.076 percent. Wilson was charged following a two-vehicle crash May 5 in the 100 block of Washington Avenue in Midway.
Daysha R. Gullick, 25, of 136 S. Wade St., Apt. 4, Washington, was admitted for 12 months and received a 60-day driver’s license suspension for DUI. She was charged after testing positive for marijuana following a one-vehicle crash April 21 on Linden Road approximately a half-mile from Route 19 in North Strabane Township.
Numerous people recently appeared before Washington County Judge Katherine B. Emery and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months for their first driving under the influence offenses.
