Mischief charge: Jennifer David, 35, of 902 Old West Road, Bentleyville, was charged Tuesday by Southwest Regional police with criminal mischief for allegedly breaking the glasses of Patrick Bradshaw during an Oct. 21 incident at 213 First St., Bentleyville. Police said she removed his glasses from his face and broke them in half. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Curtis Thompson.

Charged in crash: Chantal M. Cumer, 42, of 526 Craighead St., Canonsburg, was charged Monday with leaving the scene of a crash and failure to render aid stemming from a hit-and-run crash Wednesday at Euclid and Adams avenues, Canonsburg police said. Police said her vehicle struck a vehicle driven by William Erstfield of Canonsburg and she then left the scene. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Jewelry stolen: Janet Badia of 502 Euclid Ave. told Canonsburg police Monday jewelry including a class ring, earrings, necklace and an emerald stone were stolen from her home.

Man charged: Anthony Lee Cimino, 31, of 834 W. Grant St., Chartiers, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia after Chartiers police found syringes, spoons and an ice cream scoop with suspected heroin residue at his home Friday. Police were responding for a possible overdose. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Truck damaged: Larry Cerciello, 633 W. Pike St., told Chartiers police Saturday a pickup truck parked in a wooded area behind his home was damaged by rocks thrown by vandals. The windshield, rear window, headlights and turn signal were broken.

Items stolen: Frank Martincic of 475 Hallam Ave. told Chartiers police Sunday an electric welder, tank of Argon gas and rototiller were stolen from his unlocked garage.

Counterfeit money: A counterfeit twenty-dollar bill was passed Thursday at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino, state police said.

Tires and rims stolen: Mark A. Ross of Washington told state police Monday four tires and rims were stolen from his trailer while it was parked at the 84 Truck Stop, Route 519, Somerset. The tires and rims are valued at $3,500.

Arrest warrant issued: An arrest warrant has been obtained by Southwest Regional police for Lisa Moffitt, 46, of 1518 Route 837, Elrama. Police said they were called last month by David Biles of Union who reported his bank card missing and unusual charges on his account. After obtaining a warrant to search Moffitt’s home, police found evidence she also had used a card belonging to Jamie Williams of Union. Police also found drug paraphernalia. Charges of identity theft, theft, receiving stolen property, forgery and access device fraud were filed Monday at the office of District Judge James Ellis. She also faces drug charges, police said.

ATV stolen: A 2008 Yamaha Raptor all-terrain vehicle was reported stolen Monday from Pioneer Auto, 1239 Route 837, Union. A lock was cut off the fence and the ATV was stolen. It is blue with aluminum front wheels and black rear wheels. Anyone with information is asked to call Southwest Regional police at 724-929-8484.

Arraigned in two assaults: Richard Donald Watts, 26, of 148 Jollick Manor, Washington, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on separate assault cases filed by Washington police. Watts is charged with statutory sexual assault for allegedly engaging in a sex act with a girl who was 14 or 15 years old in October 2010 in a wooded area near Jefferson Avenue and West Wheeling Street. The girl told police the two met on Facebook and then agreed to meet to have sex. The two never talked again in person or on Facebook after the encounter. Redlinger set bond at $10,000 and placed Watts in the Washington County jail. He also was arraigned on a charge of simple assault for allegedly hitting Courtney Cherry in the face Sept. 9 at Canterbury Courts apartments, 235 W. Chestnut St.

Charged in indecent assault: Michael Carroll, 36, of 39 Hall Ave., Washington, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children. He is accused of having inappropriate contact with a girl under the age of 13 at a home on Gibson Avenue in 2009 and 2010. Carroll, who recently was returned to Washington after his release from SCI-Somerset on other charges, was placed in the Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.

One charged: Priscilla Duchi, 33, of 746 Addison Ave., Washington, was charged with harassment Tuesday after another Washington woman told city police Duchi would not stop calling and texting her over the course of a week. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Assaulted reported: Greg Avery Sr. of 555 Ewing St., Washington, told city police he was assaulted outside a North Main Street bar Saturday. Police said Avery reported a man sucker punched him after leaving the bar causing him to fall. Police said Avery had a visible abrasion below his right eye, four stitches on his chin and loose teeth. Police did not indicate whether charges would be filed against a possible suspect.
