Numerous people recently appeared before Washington County Judge Janet Moschetta Bell on criminal charges. They included:

Kristina N. Litton, 24, of 226 Swihart Road, Canonsburg; obstruction of law; charged April 1 at Riviera Restaurant in Fredericktown; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Johanna L. Longstreath, 40, of 475 Moon Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 11 following a traffic stop on Jefferson Avenue in Washington; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Junior G. Curtis Sr., 46, of 121 Main St., West Alexander; driving with a suspended license related to driving under the influence, false identification, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 25 following a traffic stop on Old Brick Road in Donegal Township; sentence – 90 days to 12 months in jail, $1,000 fine.

Michael Boyd, 21, of 3053 Scheinbach Road, Finleyville; public drunkenness, disorderly conduct; charged April 14 on Second Street in California; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Thomas M. Caughey, 52, of 26 S. Fayette St., Cuddy; aggravated assault with a vehicle while DUI, first DUI offense; charged April 7 altering striking a woman on a scooter with his vehicle outside The Meadows Casino; sentence – 23 months of probation with the first 7 1/2 months on electronic home monitoring.

Eugene O. Reddick, 30, of 700 McKean Ave., Apt. 5D, Donora; possession of marijuana; charged May 3 following a traffic stop on Wood Street in California; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nicholas R. Cessna, 21, of 57 Hot House Lane, Washington; accidents involving damage, driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 18 after a vehicle collision on Route 519 in Somerset Township; sentence – 18 months of probation, $200 fine.

Jed R. Rebar, 22, of 2518 Route 88, Finleyville; receiving stolen property; charged Sept. 16, 2010, after purchasing a stolen rifle; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ronald F. Boyer, 20, of 66 Baby Hollow Road, Burgettstown; burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass; charged for breaking into Burgettstown High School on April 8, 2011, and on June 28; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail plus 3 years of probation.

Chelsea M. Wiley, 25, of 219 Meadow Ave., Apt. 3, Charleroi; tampering with evidence; charged Feb. 15 for altering evidence submitted at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Mark Wilson; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Sergio T. Rosa Sr., 56, of 313 Lena Wee Ave., Monessen; defiant trespass; charged March 5 for entering a vehicle on Meldon Avenue in Donora; sentence – 6 months of probation.
