Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Katherine B. Emery were:

Shawn L. Green, 33, of 7 Poverty Point Road, Claysville; possession of Oxycodone, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 14 at the Petro Truck Stop in Claysville, and June 11 in the Denny’s parking lot in Canton Township; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 12 months with the first 3 months of intensive supervision, 100 hours of community service.

Fred A. Riggle, 38, of 735 Ewing St., Washington; first driving-under-the-influence offense, driving with a suspended license; charged April 14 following a traffic stop on Jessop Place in Canton Township with a 0.174 percent blood-alcohol content; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,200 in fines, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.

Kelly M. Kesser, 32, of 117 Sixth Ave., New Eagle; forgery, false identification; charged March 29 following a traffic stop on Route 837 in Carroll Township; sentence – 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service.

Kristina D. Davis, 28, of 413 Castner Ave., Donora; accidents involving damage; charged Feb. 11 following a vehicle accident on Hickory Way in Donora; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service.

Drew J. Molinari, 31, of 1091 Williams Drive, Belle Vernon; false identification, driving with a suspended license DUI-related; charged Jan. 13 following a traffic stop on Front Street in Fredericktown; sentence – 12 months of probation with the first 6 days in jail followed by 60 days of electronic home monitoring.
