Two arrested on drug charges

Two men were arrested Saturday night by Roscoe-Elco-Stockdale-Allenport regional police after on drug charges after they were found with suspected heroin in the parking lot of a business on Route 88, Roscoe.
Gary Paul Bieneck, 22, of 3 Colonial Drive, Monessen, and Kevin Lee Suber, 23, who police said has no address, were each charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin. Bieneck also was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Suber also was charged with false identification to police and criminal use of a communication facility.
Police got a call from a Roscoe area woman who said she received a text message from a number on numerous occasions. Police looked at the message which he believed to have to do with drug dealings.
The officer sent a return text message, asking if he could meet the person at a grocery store parking lot. He also asked if the culprit could deliver drugs.
Police were watching the lot and saw a black vehicle. They then saw a man, later identified as Suber, leave the store.
One officer stopped Suber while another talked with the driver, identified as Bieneck. Police saw a spoon on the floor of the car along with bags of suspected heroin in the console. They also found suspected stamp bags of heroin during a pat down search.
Suber initially identified himself to police at Machael Wallace. They later learned his correct identity. He told police that he lied about his name because he is wanted on warrants. Suber also admitted to sending texts to the other number. Police found his with more than $350.
Both men were arraigned before District Judge David Mark and each placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
