PITTSBURGH (AP) – Police are investigating the slaying of a man found shot to death on the kitchen floor of a Western Pennsylvania home.

Pittsburgh police were called to an East Hills office building just after 3 a.m. Sunday, where security guards said someone had fired at their building.

Lt. Daniel Herrmann of the homicide unit said officers were gathering evidence there when they heard more gunshots about 100 yards away. In a home, they found 21-year-old Demaun Kenny in the kitchen with multiple gunshot wounds.

Kenny was pronounced dead just before 4:30 a.m. Sunday. Relatives said he lived in Duquesne, but police said he was from Homewood. Another person was treated for a hand injury.

Herrmann said police have no suspects and are asking the public for information about the shootings.
