WAYNESBURG – A number of criminal defendants were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first-time offenders Tuesday by Greene County Judge Farley Toothman.
Entered into the program were:
Shaun L. Yeager, 28, of 204 Fourth St., Waynesburg, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and two summary traffic violations; arrested May 19, Yeager had a blood-alcohol content of 0.144 percent.
William C. Musgrove, 20, of 304 Baily Ave., Carmichaels, charged with two counts each possession of a small quantity of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; July 5, 2011, during a traffic stop, he was found in possession of 0.02 of a gram of marijuana and rolling papers; arrested Dec. 5, at a home in Cumberland Township, he was in possession of 4.2 grams of marijuana and plastic bags.
Robert Daniel Bennett, 54, of 407 Sugar Run Road, Waynesburg, charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation; arrested May 29, he had a BAC of 0.154 percent.
Steven E. Hodgson, 23, of 475 Third St., Waynesburg, charged with theft from a motor vehicle; July 16, Hodgson stole a digital camera from a car owned by Cheyenne Hayes in Waynesburg.
Michael Allen Nicholson, 37, of 20 Center St., Masontown, charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation; arrested April 28, he had a BAC of 0.135 percent.
Joshua Daniel Gillin, 26, of 1015 Hargus Creek Road, Waynesburg, charged with conspiracy to commit the following charges: burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property. Between March 23 and 27, 2011, he drove Opal Haring to a house on Creek Road in Jefferson Township. Haring broke into the home and stole a laptop, flat-screen TV, video game machines and other items. Haring earlier pleaded guilty to the charges.
Breanna Marie Bane, 20, of 267 Linton Road, Fredericktown, charged with DUI and three summary traffic violations; arrested April 10, Bane had a BAC of 0.121 percent.
Debra Kay Ankrom, 59, of 406 E. High St., Waynesburg, charged with DUI; arrested June 16, she had a BAC of 0.155 percent.
