Theft reported: An iPhone 5 was stolen from Redskye Wireless at 102 Greene Plaza between 4:30 and 8 p.m. Nov. 8, state police said.

Charges pending: Charges are pending against a Carmichaels man who fled following a two-vehicle crash at 6:55 p.m. Nov. 14 on Muddy Creek Road. State police said Carl S. Orndoff Jr., 43, fled on foot after his truck ran off the road, struck two trees then slid into a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction operated by Bruce Murphy, 54, of Carmichaels.

Theft reported: A tiller, two-bottom plow and scaffolding were stolen from a hunting camp at 501 oak Forest Road between Nov. 10 and Saturday, state police said. The property is owned by James Ward of Pittsburgh.

Theft reported: A propane heater and two downspouts were stolen from property on Strawn Hill Road between Oct. 27 and Nov. 4, state police said. The name and address of the victim were not released by police.
