Task force serves warrant

Members of the Washington County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force served a search warrant about 5 p.m. Friday at a house at 255 Locust Ave., Washington, Consent also was given to search a home at 255 1/2 Locust. Found during the search was drug paraphernalia indicative of possible drug sales, several hundred dollars in cash and a firearm, the task force reported.
The Washington Regional SWAT Team assisted the task force in securing the home and the area around it, said task force director Rick Gluth. Also assisting were city police.
Arrests are pending, Gluth said.
