Tri-County Leathernecks Toys of Tots has changed a toy pickup site in Carmichaels from the fire hall to the American Legion Post. It will be from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 15.

Kim Provance, Rices Landing Borough tax collector, has announced her hours for next week. They are 6 to 8 p.m. Monday; 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday; and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Other times are by appointment by calling 724-592-5706. Nov. 30 is the last day to pay Jefferson-Morgan School District and Rices Landing Borough taxes at face value. Beginning Dec. 1, there will be a 10 percent penalty.
