Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

William Roderick, 29, of 71 1/2 W. Katherine Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged June 25 at Shop ‘n Save in Washington; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 18 months with the first 90 days on intensive supervision.

Kevin D. Younge, 35, of 37614 Beaver Ave., McKeesport; theft, criminal mischief; charged March 27 at Dilliscia’s Stone Contractors in Union Township; sentence – 2 years of probation.

Michael D. Anderson, 30, of 114 Charles St., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 21 at Walmart in South Strabane Township; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Philip C. Vogel, 25, of 356 N. Main St., Houston; access device fraud; charged Dec. 15 for using his father’s credit card without permission; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Hong Hoa Ngoc Pham, 33, of 4280 Northern Pike, Monroeville; reckless burning; charged June 23 for setting a fire at 223 McConnell Road, Canonsburg; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Nicholas C. Wallace, 53, of 205 Hallam Ave., Meadow Lands; second driving-under-the-influence offense, possession of marijuana; charged April 14 following a traffic stop on Nine Eighty Road in Cecil Township with a 0.126 percent blood-alcohol content; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 12 months with the first 60 days on electronic home monitoring and 30 days on SCRAM, $750 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.

Amanda J. Isler, 30, of 710 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; simple assault, possession of controlled substance; charged June 21 at Mon Valley Hospital; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Katherine B. Emery were:

Keith Miller, 36, of 1015 Arch St., Washington; two counts of aggravated harassment; charged Oct. 1, 2010, on Donnan Avenue in Washington; sentence – 23 months of probation with the first 6 months in jail followed by 3 months of electronic home monitoring.

Joshua J. Stepoli, 18, of 2060 Grand Boulevard, Monessen; receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license; charged April 11 outside the Sunoco station in Charleroi; sentence – 36 months of probation with the first 60 days on electronic home monitoring.

Corey A. Maxwell, 28, of 1956 Craft Creek Road, Claysville; third DUI offense, driving with a suspended license DUI-related; charged May 2 following a traffic stop on Park Avenue in South Franklin Township with a 0.093 percent BAC; sentence – 18 months of probation with the first 30 days in jail followed by 70 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.

Michael J. Slaven, 43, of 2880 Park Ave., Washington; second DUI offense; charged May 24 following a traffic stop on Park Avenue in North Franklin Township with a 0.152 percent BAC; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, $750 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.
