Organizing for America-PA is hosting a African-Americans for Obama event and call for volunteers at its office at 54 W. Wheeling St., Washington, from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. All are welcome to drop by the voting rights open house and call for volunteers. Information also will be available on voter registration, the new voter ID law and absentee ballot procedures. Refreshments and campaign materials will be available.
