Single-lane traffic will occur tonight and Wednesday in the inbound Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh. Crews will be doing maintenance. Restrictions will occur as needed from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. One inbound lane will remain open at all times.
