Church hosting SERRV bazaar
Since the aftermath of World War II, Sales Exchange for Refugee Rehabilitation and Vocation has done its part to serve those facing economic crisis. As a founding member of the World Fair Trade Organization, SERRV continues to work directly with low-income artisans and farmers to establish a worldwide market for their crafts and foods through faith based organizations. This year’s bazaar, a second for Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Unionown, has a colorful selection of baskets, bags, jewelry, scarves, toys, carvings, Christmas ornamentation and more. For the gourmet on your list, Equal Exchange coffee, tea, chocolate, and cocoa also will be for sale. For more information, contact the church office at 724-437-6235.
