ERIE – Fire officials in Northwestern Pennsylvania say a person was found dead after a blaze in an apartment. Officials say the fire broke out in the Edinboro unit at about 8 p.m. Saturday. Emergency dispatchers said the coroner was summoned two hours later. No further information was available about the victim or the cause of the fire. A public safety official declined comment Sunday and said no further information would be released until Monday.
